The problem is open area is not available for 5 million people, and even DC doesn't have enough beer joints to handle that size of crowd. People are going to be trapped inside as throngs surge outside.

Perhaps we should start drawing up contingency plans to bring beer in with military convoys...so that no American go dry in the midst of the inaugural. We may have to redistribute beer from Alabama and Georgia....to make this operation successful.
