I think that would be just a wee bit of an over-reaction!
The point is that the courts DO tend to take legal precedents into effect when they make decisions.
The point is, we can't try a 100 year old case. We can ask or demand that Obama have a simple ten dollar certified birth certificate mailed to several media outlets and to congress.
Why doesn't his legal team submit the "public" certificate of live birth to courts? Would submitting a forgery be grounds for disbarment?
