REALITY:
*IF* she had been more DILIGENT we, most likely, would not be having this discussion.
THE LAW:
*UNLESS* she was *WILLFULLY* negligent in performing her duty — and I doubt if there is evidence at this time that she was willfully negligent — her actions (or lack thereof)do not raise to the bar of being criminal.
That still doesn’t mean she was not negligent in some way.
Again, I think we are back to square one where we have to show that there was some sort of damage (or crime)... and in order to do that, we have to prove Obama was, in fact, ineligible.
And in order to find him ineligible we have to have Obama’s #@#%^&@* vital records, confirming that he was ineligible!
The Keyes’ suit does mention some circumstantial ‘evidence,’ but the Justices may find it too tenuous to act upon.
Perhaps they are waiting for more compiling evidence before they will hear these cases.
I still like the Keyes’ suit as it’s very straightforward and logical.
I’m starting to understand the saying that ‘the Law is an Ass!’
It’s certainly just as stubborn.
Still there is the other saying that ‘the wheels of justice grind slowly, but exceedingly fine.’

The above fits the bill for the proverbial ‘accident waiting to happen.’
A law needs to be put in place to close this loophole that allows a candidate for President to get on a ballot on the say so of a ‘major’ party.

And I have absolutely no disagreement with that at all. But I would point out that the Democrats may have as many as 59 seats in the Senate and 250+ in the House. I believe such a bill should be introduced on a regular scheudule. Unfortunately the chances of such a bill getting through approach zero.

I mean, we can say ‘what IF’ ... but we really don’t know.
We DO know that Obama (if we believe the reports) has probably enjoyed the most opulent funding in history, for an American candidate to the Presidency.
I heard on the NEWS that he had about $30,ooo,ooo left over from his campaign.
I suppose thirty million is just ‘chump change’ (to use the argot of the street)but the point is one can ‘tip’ a lot of chumps, to open a lot of doors, if (like Obama) you bring enough change!(pun wasn’t intended)
