Why sue? Since Universities clearly don’t serve the interests of true scholarship anymore, we should start treating them like the businesses that they are. If you don;t like their service, go get your degree elsewhere.

I disagree. First, I doubt if there is anywhere to go that will teach a balanced Social Work curriculum.
Second, even if you can find such a place it may be inconvenient or too pricy or over subscribed.
Third, they deserve to be punished for their malfeasance as do most of the teaching institutions in this country and until we start hitting them in the wallet nothing will change and the liberal indoctrination machine will survive intact.
