Sneed hears rumbles President-elect Barack Obama's chief of staff, Rahm Emanuel, is reportedly on 21 different taped conversations by the feds -- dealing with his boss' vacant Senate seat!
If there was an “R” next to his name...those tapes would be out.
unless he specifically asked for money or personal benefit nothing will happen and he is too smart for that.
I would be surprised if it were not so. Is Rahm still avoiding the press?
They probably exist with the API Michele Obama tapes.
They are just baiting us to get our hopes up!

I am an optimist so I have great faith that we will eventually get to hear the tapes. Of course if Blagojevich was talking to Dick Cheney it would be on a 24 hour loop on all the so called "news" programs.
When we do get to hear the tapes they will be funnier than the Blago snips we have been treated to so far. Rahm is a little punk but he is a funny little punk. I think he is far more creative in his insults than are the members of the Blagojevich family. I think Rahm will have more specific insults than just the standard Blago fair of F-You and F-Them. I am expecting more razzle dazzle from Rahm.
I am sure these tapes are going to give us some insight into Rahm and he will come as we know he is and arrogant jerk.
It will be fun to hear Obama’s right-hand man and it will reflect on Obama also. As Rove stated this has been handled terribly by Obama and probably shows us what is going to happen to such an inexperienced person in the POTUS. It will be one disaster after another.(Jimmy Carter II)
You would expect him to discuss the matter with Blago for Obama. What would not be typical is discussing payments, and based upon the transcripts, I don’t think this was done.
I think Rahm is about to discover he is too clever by half.

There is nothing wrong with him calling and discussing the issue with the governor 100 times if he wanted or needed to. As O Chief of staff, you would expect it.
The only issue is was it pay to play.
