“As much as I object to Obama on political grounds I have to admit that I am much more concerned about establishing the precedent of the SCOTUS being able to set aside an election than I am about a natural born citizen technicality.”

Well isn’t that special, a candidate proving eligibility for office is a “technicality”, a voter proving their eligibility to vote also appears to be a “technicality”. The election process is being hijacked, what do you see as a remedy.

There is a significant difference between a Legal find and and what is obvious. The principle of "Executive Disregard" has long standing. There have been actions or inactions by nearly every president in American history that could be viewed my some or many as being unconstitutional. I'm not sure what powers the constitution grants to the like of you and me except to bitch and whine about it until we motivate enough of our fellow citizens to act.
