Good grief, since when did it become open season on Catholics on FR? Why do some Freepers find it amusing to tear down people in faiths that they don’t personally agree with?
This is way more than enough on the Catholic-bashing, and it’s disgusting! A lot of us are highly conservative, socially and in other ways. There are a number of Catholics on this forum. I don’t see why they are all being slammed on here, because some Catholics voted for Obama! There couldn’t have been many that did.
Most Catholics who are real, solid Catholics wouldn’t vote for Obama because of many of his social stances! There may be some I suppose, but not even most of them!
I’m a Catholic convert. And I am regretting my choice.
Between homosexual priests, the bishops covering for them, pillaging the archdiocese to pay off the lawyers and the ACLU, and now catholics bailing on their principles and voting en masse for The One (piss be upon him), why should I continue to hypocritically support a failed ideology?
