I really wish Drudge would read entire news stories before getting hysterical with a big red headline. The subpoenas are issued on the mutual bank/rezko wife deal, not the obama/rezko deal.

The crimes occurred during the transaction between Mutual Bank and the purchase of the property by Rezko’s wife. The sale to Obama was after the fact and therefor a non-story.

Indeed! Not to mention that it's hardly "breaking news" material. The subpeona was issued in 2006. The report he's linked to is an article in the Washington Times from October.

Maybe he thought this was an opportunity to finally get the story noticed?
