Wonder if the powers that be are setting up the most effective way to reject Obama if the SCOTUS ends up causing him to be ineligible ... 'oh well, he was a criminal anyway, it just took longer to uncover it with all the Chicago corruption.'

With the real potential for Obama's goonsquad fomenting riots should he be found ineligible, there has to be a way to defuse the tensions by giving the voters a plausible out for making the mistake of electing this affirmative action poseur.

I think this will be like the Clintons. Allegation after allegation, without the impeachment in the house. No one will go to jail, except this idiot governor.
