Not really. No document was released and neither has a one been examined. There's a difference between a Certificate of Birth and a Certification of Live Birth which is provided by the hospital, signed by the doctor, the mother and father (with occupations, addresses of the same) and verified and submitted to the Registrar of the State of Hawaii by the hospital.
Look at it this way; during the plantation days when Hawaii was a territory and early in the days of statehood, labor was needed to do the work and they came from overseas. Those laborer's families reunited with them over here, oftentimes with kids in tow. As a formality, as a gratuity the kids were registered in Hawaii. The kids attended schools, got benefits their parents never had had. Not a lot of questions asked. Not a bad deal.
Well....this sort of system was open to all. And a wise grandma took advantage of it for the benefit of her grandson, never knowing what the future would bring.

The operant flag clause was ‘that he was born in Hawaii.’ Why would you post that if that was not on the radio? And if that was said by Fukino during Obama’s visit this week, would it not be an admission that she was now privy to release data from the vault copy?
