I have yet to find any proof of that assertion.
I know that there are claims that O’s COLB was forged from hers, but beyond that, I have not found independent corroboration that she does have one. She may well have a record of foreign birth which was filed with the state. Those are absolutely standard, so that one has an English language proof of birth.
