Wait a minute. The title says “Orders in Pending Cases” and says that Donofrio’s requested “stay” iss denied but did not appear to dismiss the case entirely. Why would it be under the “pending” section?

I have been looking at that also. I haven't seen an update to the actual docket entry either; I imagine that we will see more details soon.

I hope (but don't expect) that we will see an opinion posted in the opinions on orders section about this case.

Didn’t Leo file obstruction charges against that lower court judge?

The stay was denied. But I don’t see anything about cert being denied, or dismissed.

Maybe I’m reading through rose-colored glasses.
