We can only hope. This case never had a chance of succeeding, and quite frankly, it's making some of us look like howling moonbats. There's nothing there. This smacks of the way the left kept raising the bar on WMDs in Iraq; This person verified it - "well that's not good enough."

There's so much low hanging fruit with his policies, we should be directing fire on those.
