Clearly its over, but to anyone who thinks about this in a critical manner, its clear that he had a terrible secret to hide.

And along with this, it is CLEAR that the SCOTUS is more interested in politics, than it is upholding the LAW OF THE CONSTITUTION. We continue to enter a very sad time in American history whereby the example of the SCOTUS and Obama, et al, is encouraging the people to avoid and break the law to accomplish their objectives, good or bad.

A complete travesty of justice, if there really is any left in America.

And America’s death spiral continues. Unless I’m mistaken.

They damn well better be.

68 million people decided that they didn't care about the Constitution...do you understand this?

The SCOTUS is powerless...completely powerless in that situation.

"Judicial Review" does not replace WE THE PEOPLE's responsibility follow the constitution. If the majority of the electorate pisses on the Constitution then all bets are off.

If the country wants an outright foreigner-Marxist, then there's nothing 9 lawyers in black robes can do will save this country.

The country was lost in little steps every year at the end of May, for the past 40 years as each new crop of propagandized seniors graduated high school.

Thank you President George W. Bush for your SCOTUS appointments. Clearly they did a lot of good in changing the make-up of the court.
