I've been listening to Donofrio's radio interviews and according to him BOTH Obama and McCain are not qualified to take the oath; Obama because of his "dual citizenship" at birth and McCain due to being born in Panama despite having two U.S. Citizen parents.

In that case, both the Democratic and Republican tickets from 2008 would be invalidated which would also disqualify Joe Biden and Sarah Palin from being selected as President by Congress.

On Janurary 20th, when President Bush leaves office, the 25th Amendment goes into effect and the vacant office of President is taken over by his Vice President;

Dick Cheney.

Oh how I wish that man could be on record as being President, even if for only a month or two whiel the mess is sorted out! Dick Cheney is a man who loves this nation so much that he has given much of his life to Her.
