Some concerned parents (If such things still exist in merry old england) should make an effort to get hold of these extremely dangerous, rabid dogs and permanently remove them from the community.

Shocking story this, I nearly chocked on my coffee when I read it in The Times.
The vast majority of parents in this country are excellent. But there are some who care less about what their kids are up to and more about how much they are getting of the government each week. And sadly, the number of shoddy parents can only rise here. Just think how these scumbags will behave to their kids when they are parents?! Its terrifying to think.
Worth mentioning that the attack was stopped by a young trainee footballer, who walked up to the scene and calmly grabbed the victim and walked her away. Perish the thought at what would have happened to the girl if he hadn’t been there to man up and do what countless others chose not to.
