McCain was born on a Navy base to Navy parents. Panama was a protectorate. Not a big deal. Babies were born to AF parents at Torrejon AB, Spain as U.S. citizens. That base was a U.S. protectorate because the U.S. government leased it. And the delivery surgeon signing the birth certs was a Big Bird Colonel with the delivery time written like 0120 hours, month/day/year. Signed. All Direct information. McCain was born in a Panamanian hospital, not on a Navy base. But it's irrelevant because he is a natural born U.S. citizen through his parents. Same reason why virtually all children born to U.S. servicemen abroad are. I'm not the one saying he isn't a natural born citizen, Donofrio is. I'm conviced that McCain is eligible to be president. Donofrio is not.
Babies born in foreign countries of active duty parents from the military can get a U.S. social security number from the local embassy with both parents' signatures. With a birth certificate. And a passport with a baby picture if they want one ($50). That is what embassies do. So the little baby gets a social security number and a passport with his/ her baby picture on it. While the baby stares at everybody like their clowns.
And tells mom he wants a milkshake.
