No, because there would be a political solution; he would be removed from office and the Vice-President would be sworn in. I don't think that would be a particularly big deal at all, because it would undoubtedly follow a large Congressional investigation in which everything would laid bare, unlike, say, a Supreme Court ruling.
You assume that by "a later date" I mean only while 0bama is president -- I do not. Should we discover in twenty, thirty years, perhaps even after his death, that 0bama never did meet the Constitutional requirements to be elected to the office of president, that in fact, it was ignored, it sets the precedent for any future citizen to ignore any portion in the future, citing this as his validation for it. I am not a lawyer, am going on what I understand a precedent to be ... if any lawyer can point out my error, I will stand corrected.
