Is there a single law or case that would suggest such a thing? I know of none. (Not that I would know of such a thing.)
It’s not a law, but a legal precedent interpreting “natural born citizen”.... and to be honest I’ve been reading so much on this the past few days I don’t recall the source, probably Defronio’s website. But it’s not clear-cut, the idea is that the Court could take this case and that is something they would need to define.
