Specifically this comment was in reference to Donofrio’s claim about both parent’s being citizens with no ‘dual loyalty’ and Donofrio’s assumption Obambi was born in Hawaii. Congress has already made law that states only one parent need be a citizen, not both. I can’t find any existing law that states both parents must be citizens for one to be considered ‘natural born citizen’ if that person is born in the US.
One parent, with five years of residence after the birth was the standard, but the facts he presented in his books indicate that he would fail even that. (?)
