Please provide some citation in law for your erronious belief that citizenship of a higher type is only conferred on those born “on American soil”.

It wasn't my citation and as I said this was a murky situation for McCain of which the Democrats thought they needed to add a clause accepting him as a Natural born citizen.
As far as my feeling on the matter there is no one more qualified to be a natural born citizen than John McCain. He was born while his father was serving our country and by 2 US citizens. So, it wasn't my citation! Sorry, but I've been blogging non-stop for 3 months at a rate of about 18 hrs per day and I'm too tired today to find that stupid passage from Obama and Hillary.
