If you are looking for a way to flag it, what I wrote follows. Feel free to copy it.

This video shows graphic images of an individual being killed within the first nine seconds. It repeats the image numerous times. It also shows images of the dead body around 1:20. Further, this is a martyrdom video that glorifies the individual’s death and celebrates the violence that lead to his death. This video is used as a recruitment tool for terrorist organizations to incite impressionable youth to violence and hatred and should be removed.
