Walmart will pay. I’ve gone back and forth in my mind on this. Walmart is liable by fostering and feeding this atmosphere. No control = liability.
If my kid invited 30 friends to a pool party, I tossed a bucket of quarters into the pool, then told them to “go get ‘em!” would I be responsible if one of the kids drowned? You bet. Same thing here.
