I’ve heard him on the Armstrong and Getty radio show several times. To me, he comes across as sharp, knowledgeable, and on the ball who actually KNOWS what he’s talking about. No, he’s not a charmer but neither is he dry and boring.
You’ve nailed it - McClintock on substance is second to none. He’s just not “TV-friendly” like Arnold. And look how well the Governator turned out for us!
