So “not included’ means “banned”?
Once again Bush’s McCarthy-like trampling upon the First Amendment creates a chilling effect upon free speech.
I don’t see how not including this is trampling on anyone’s first amendment rights...she had every right to create the darn thing and Mrs Bush has every right to not want it on the tree. If someone were commissioned to create an ornament for my tree and it it had a message like “screw leenie312”...it certainly wouldn’t go on my tree. Christmas trees are supposed to bring joy...not political statements.

Send me your address, and I will send you an ornament that say “Jeff Chandler is an idiot”, you can display proudly and even make rude comments about me. If her first amendment rights are trampled it will be because of government action against her (for the insult) not for throwing her silly little ornament in the trash (she could be audited by the IRS, oh wait, that was that other president).
