What your vanity is ignoring is the fact that the Donofrio case at SCOTUS doesn’t care at all about the birth certificate. It focuses on the fact that his father was not an American at the time of his birth. This makes him ineligible under the Natural born Citizen provision.

Because 0bama’s father was legally married to someone other than 0bama’s mother previously and never divorced, 0bama’s mother was actually an unwed mother at the time of 0bama’s birth. Single American mother’s can give birth anywhere in the world at anytime and the child is a natural born citizen. Therefore, 0bama is a natural born citizen of the USA.

So, why is 0bama afraid to show his birth certificate? Darn good question. There must be something there mighty embarrassing.

This is the garbage that Donofrio is trying to sell the Supreme Court? Does he realize how offensive it would be to rule that a child born on American soil to an American parent isn't really an American?

There's something of a tradition in this country that children born on American soil to American parents are American citizens and entitled to all the privileges that citizenship offers. Is he really trying to argue that any child born to parents where one is American and the other is foreign is some kind of "half" citizen who can never run for President?

That's bunk and everyone knows it.
