Conservative of repute? Interesting phrase. How do they establish that reputation? Might it have something to do with avoiding issues that are too controversial and the outcome too uncertain?

That's an absurd statement. Rush Limbaugh and Ann Coulter are now "avoiding issues too controversial", as are the Wash. Times, WSJ, Amer. Spectator, any conservative or Republican in D.C., ad infinitum.

Mark Levin posts here, has he joined your noble cause?

Have you heard Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter, or the others dealing with this issue? The evidence is clear that something is being hidden, and yet little is being said.

BTW if the evidence is as feeble as you suggest why is the Supreme Court conducting a conference on December 5th?

If its worth their time it seems to me its worth a little media time.
