I found an interesting phrase in that document, under the heading "The Birth Certificate Process."

"The issuance of birth certificates in the United States is the responsibility of 57 State vital records registrars and numerous other entities assigned vital records responsibility."

The "57 State" phrase sort of jumped out at me. I wonder if this is related to the "57 states" Obama claims to have visited. Perhaps he's carefully studied this very document, and let his lips speak his thoughts. Maybe he was really thinking of the vital records registrars and how to get his own "birth certificate problem" fixed.

Wow...wonder when he went to Hawaii vs. when he had that 'slip of tongue' about the 57 states...timewise, it was within a few weeks, I think.

While I was looking at the Birth Certificate Fraud document, the “57 State”... jumped out at me too ! All I could look at was that “57 State” and I thought “gee, I bet THAT’s how he got confused about the 57 States ... man he must have studied this very document !!”

And when I read your post, I almost choked !
