Biden is a natural born citizen. His candidacy isn't based on any lie - at least none which cover up Constitutional violations. If Obama is found to be ineligible then Biden will almost surely take his place.

I meant that if Obama’s candicacy is based on a lie and Obama is not a natural born citizen, how can the running mate that he selected be legitimate if the candidate himself isn’t?

Give it a rest non-sequitur - Biden was Obama's choice and if found to be a fraud, then his choice was fraudulent - The vote was for Obama and not Biden. He would not become President! It was the DNC's responsibility to vet their candidate and they did not. If the count went anywhere it would go for Hillary! Although being a democrat they should really punish them for this mishap and not allow them this election. Just my thoughts!
