I see it clearly stated constitutionally that should Barack Husein Obama or any candidate be declared legally ineligible for any reason,his name simply is removed from the list of those to be voted on by the electors.

The members of the Electoral College have constitutional freedom to select the person they think is the best choice;they are constrained to varying degree by state laws,traditions,oaths, or conscience, but I see no conbstitutional reason the electors couldn't choose any of the other declared presidential candidates.

Once the Electoral College votes ,and if Obama were still chosen by them,it becomes murkier.

Richard Nixon was forced from the presidency by his own party for covering up his staff involvement in a third-rate breaking-and-entering;anyone think the party that promotes voter fraud will care about THEIR guy being a presidential fraud?
