O’s mother is/was american. His father whatever. By her naturalization, her offspring are natural born american no matter where born? American mother’s living working outside of this country married to a foreign born giving birth in a foreign land the child is not a natural born American?
who’s your daddy mr O???
a promiscuous mom, well under 21 ,with multiple sex partners, does not lead to knowing who is the father.. so mr O who’s your daddy?? - thats mr O’s problem with the the birth cert.
.
The simplest explanation I’ve read is that a “natural born” citizen is one in which an act of law was not required. If Obama was born to a Kenyan (which at the time was a British colony), he would hold dual citizenship. When his mother married the Indonesian and they moved to Indonesia, he would have possibly became a dual citizen of the U.S. and Indonesia. In order to become a naturalized citizen, he would have had to renounce his citizenship of either Kenya/Britain or Indonesia. That would have required an act of law, so therefore not “natural born”.
McCain, OTOH, even though he was born in Panama required no act of law to be a citizen.
That’s just one take on the issue.
Not according to the law in effect at the time Obama was born. At that time, if only one parent was an American citizen, that parent had to be at least eighteen years of age or older to confer "birthright citizenship" if the child was born outside the US. Obama's mother was not yet eighteen when he was born.
McCain was OK because he was born in the Canal Zone, both a U.S. military base and a U.S. Territory at the time. Oba Mao could very well have been born in Hawaii. Most of the anecdotal evidence I've seen indicate he probably was. Why he won't produce a COBL is known only to him. It is possible, but not likely, that he does not have one or is ineligible to get one. A more likely explanation is:
