Just my guess. No judge will overturn the election no matter how this turns out.

That's an indictment on our judicial system. They won't follow the law that they swore to uphold, pretty sad.

The justice system has always selectively followed the law. Such is a nation of men.

Then neither should we. The authority for income taxes comes from the Constitution. If the document doesn’t apply to Obama, then it shouldn’t for us either.

No judge should consider that Obama is elected until he takes his oath of office. If there is reason not to administer his oath of office and they go ahead and administer it anyway, the judges would be guilty of treason and probably several other felonies. It would be a non-oath. No one would be bound to do anything the man says. Not even the military commanders.

Seems simple enough to me. The country continues on as if nothing has happened. Surely no one would agree that we would be bound to obey an illegal oath.
