Hunter and Palin - yes.
Jindal isn’t eligible UNLESS both his parents were U.S. citizens at the time of his birth (according to Article II of U.S. Constitution). He is a citizen BUT not a natural born citizen, unless his parents were both U.S. citizens at the time of his birth AND he was born here.
Sorry this is a mistake. Everyone born in the US regardless of their parents are natural born citizens. Any child of illegal aliens born in the US has the right to become president.
A quick search only turned up that Jindal’s parents were immigrants.
So probably they were not citizens. (Possible, but not likely)
(Probably why he said he would not run for president, but would be running again for Governor)
Of course the media will try to make sure that neither Hunter nor Palin make the ticket...
We need to figure out how to stop them from hijacking our primaries, again.
Your reading of the constitution is in error. All legal documents are LIFO documents. That is last in, first out. More simply put, subsequent additions take precedence over earlier articals and amendments.
The 14th Amendment, being subsequent to Artical II, then becomes the law of the land, as it supercedes Article II.
