I hope Jindal would pick Hunter to be in charge of the border and Palin in charge of energy. This way, they’d actually get to do something.

In other words...

Palin: Department of Energy.

Hunter: Homeland Security.

That what you had in mind?

I agree wholeheartedly.

I think Hunter's time is better spent in charge of a cabinet post.

It's unfortunate, but I think that it is fair to say that the libs in the MSM holds great sway over what the GOP can do. Let's face it, it's free advertising for whomever they want to prop up in the primaries; straw men, trojan horses and faux candidates. The press will continue to smear Palin and they can continue to simply ignore Hunter. I'm doubtful that either could become president.

Things may change after a few years of Obie. Maybe the voters will come home to roost. Things being what they are I see the media pumping Huck and Romney to make things tougher than they already are for Palin and Jindal.

I love Governor Palin, but I think Jindal can more easily maneuver around the press. I guess it would be weird and taboo to have her run for veep again, but who knows?

I like Sanford and Thune, as well.
