Obama should produce a birth certificate, but there is zero concrete, positive evidence he was born outside of US. If you are zealous about constitutional requirements being followed, by all means continue the good fight. But if you think you can stop Obama’s inauguration, that is not going to happen.
At any rate even in the never-going-to-happen scenario of Obama being judged unqualified for office, either Hillary or Biden become president (depending on when he is disqualified). Its a fun thing to think about, just as long as you know its not going to happened.
If a person is ever audited by the IRS, the burden of proof falls upon the audited, not the auditor.
To be POTUS the burden of proof of eligibility should fall upon the one running.
Its backwards thinking to think one is presumed eligible for office until proven otherwise.
What you describe as “not happening” is correct but that is because it does not fit the constitutional mechanism designed to handle such a case.
No matter what Joe Biden is elected VP and will be comfirmed as such. If Zero is found ineligible then Biden becomes Acting President until an eligible candidate is certified for the Presidency. That candidate can only come from the top three receivers of electoral votes: McCain, MCcain and Mccain. I’m rooting for McCain. Then we have a McCain-Biden administration which should piss off just about the entire nation.
