I think Leo or somebody mentioned that! Hilarious. Leo said the Senate’s Resolution was meaningless and pretty much illegal. What is hilarious is the Senate, in passing this resolution, does not think Obama is qualified.

We are clearly being screwed over by the Excuetive (to be) Branch being helped by the Legislative Branch (Pelosi, Senate & Secretaries of State not doing their job, and possibly Gov Linda Ligle in HI).
SCOTUS or Judicial is the third branch that is SUPPOSED to protect the Constitution and the electorate from abuse by the Legislative and Executive (to be - in McCain & Obama).
These cases are why SCOTUS is there! The Framers wanted it that way!

I think that this Resolution 511 should be hung around the neck of every Senator who will be voting to accept the electoral votes in January as these cases are moving through the court system.
