If Keyes case gets bounced by Sup Ct of CA - I bet it does - it will go to SCOTUS immediately.
There are at least 5:
1. Berg - at SCOTUS
2. Leo Donofrio - at SCOTUS
3. Cort - at Scotus
4. NY case - I forget the guy’s name. - I Think at SCOTUS
5. Keyes - CA case which is at CA Supreme Ct.-At SCOTUS next week of denied in CA? We will see.
More supposedly in the wings. One I think may be bogged down in GA courts.
Keyes has a good case, aside from standing, strong CA precedent. Some speculation it may have traction at the CA SC level. But you are probably right none-the-less.
