On the news here in L.A. they're showing film of a Wal-Mart with shoppers running through the store, grabbing things off shelves, and lined up deep at the registers. And that was from early this morning, before the sun rose!
I'm watching some guy at the register pay for his things and the cashier is counting out a whole bunch of $100 bills. No recession for him, I guess!

well then our country must have been in economic peril every single year, because this kind of thing happens every year.. this is what happens when people are stupid, greedy, and forget the true meaning of Christmas.
