Wal-Mart needs to have the pants sued off of them for this. Pure negligence, allowing for this free-for-all. What did they expect?

How is this the fault of Walmart? Just imagine Walmart canceling Black Friday sales in all inner-city stores because the customers are animals and cannot control themselves. What would that lead to?

They are the ones with the deep pockets so they will probably take the brunt esp since there are groups that want to take them down anyway. Walmart does have an employee who was killed and an employee whose baby was killed. (surely a pregnant woman wasn't part of the mob) They should just do what's right and go ahead and skip the lawyers and settle. It could not have happened without the crowd though who IMO are the ones who should be arrested and sued.
