O’Reily must have agreed that rape should be
considered only a person's personal sex life.

Didn't Clinton say he didn't do the rape? I think it would be very difficult to prosecute this. It is a he says/she says situation sorta like Clarance Thomas where Anita Hill brought charges but they could not be proved.
