I’d say more than a COINCIDENCE with the Mumbai attacks...
It is crystal clear that it is not a coicidence and well planned. I don’t think that it will stop with these two incidents. I don’t see Somaila pirates connected though, I think they are just doing their own thing. But it would not suprise me that some Somalians maybe in that region.
