I would be interested in seeing the autopsy summary. Did the Rabbi and his family die at the hands of the terrorists? Or, were they considered collateral damage in the degree of government response?
There were explosions on the top floor where the family and housekeeper were held.

IIRC people who managed to escape from Nariman House said that they had seen other hostages including the rabbi unconscious. I always thought that meant they had already been shot...though, one could always hope.
