Yes, it was.
Toler has to go.
Did you see that little "truth squad" thing they did for the press right before the election??? Accusing Jack Brown and Sandi Cassenelli of spreading misinformation about their little pet cash cow on the ballot??? (I am so glad it failed.)
They used public facilities, public resources. That is a blatant violation of election laws, i.e., Hatch Act, Brown Act, etc... Sheriff Gilbertson's involvement is what surprised me more than anything. That county treasurer, John Harrelson is a steaming POS, so no surprise there.
The local Republican party has a big problem. They continue to support the corrupt good 'ol boy network even if they are liberals who wear Republican labels.
The courthouse is an outhouse here in JoCo. I hope Sandi digs into them big time. She is definately going to need some help.
Toler is a radical Leftist who has completely brainwashed Ellis. I sure wish Jack had won, as well.
yeah, their “Truth Squad” and the interview within 50’ feet of a polling place (completely illegal!) should have been investigated and slammed, but Norma hasn’t gotten around to investigating it yet!
Yeah, the less said about Harrelson said, the better, I wish Dave had won.
I have spent countless hours in the past volunteering for the JoCo GOP and ewas elected as a precinct committeman twice, but that was when the OCA “took over” the local GOP. I’m afraid it went back into the hands of the “professionals.”
Sandi’s gonna need help, that’s for sure. Ward said he’ll help, and there’s others, (although she needs to stay away from Paul W!) but we need to set up some sort of system where when she needs help we can go to the meetings and help.
Have we run into each other in year’s past? I’ve been heavily involved in various campagins starting with the Taxpayer’s Alliance, then John Tefteller for Commissioner then through numerous county and state petitions, then Jack Feder’s run for governor, then Gordon Anderson, Richardson, Calvert, etc.
I’m the only Ed around, the other Ed in JoCo politics died.
See ya’,
