The rubber crafts are similar ti the ones used by navy seals to get from a sub or ship to the shoreline. So they probably can run fast if they need do.
Yeah, I was thinking maybe a fast rubber boat could be translated to “speedboat” pretty easily... This all makes a lot more sense than a 600 mile trip with rubber boats.
