Oh goody. Just three weeks AFTER the frickin election. I can’t imagine a single way Obama could be kept from the presidency now, even if he is ineligible. I wouldn’t be at all surprised to see some deeply insightful legal opinion “The will of the people trumps the will of the Framers” or some such.
No . . . the real election is on the first Monday after the first Wednesday in December - Dec 15. On Nov 4, we voted for the members of the Electoral College. They vote on Dec 15. They may be pledged but are not bound to vote for The Bogus. Scott Norwood could be elected.
