Congratulations A-G. What a beautiful cover and I’m sure the inside is just as impressive. I’ll have to look for it at the bookstore and I’ll even pay full price. :O)
Thanks for your kind words, HarleyD! But I have no idea how soon you'd have to wait for that.
The fact is, "bricks-and-mortar" (i.e., physical bookshops) have limited shelf space. And what they have they tend to populate with the "tried and true": A new work by a relatively obscure author is not likely to be there soon. A simple fact of the commercial book marketplace.
There Is Only One Great Commandment is pending registration with Bowker's book list, which gives entrée to all book distribution channels, on-line and in-store. Processing takes 36 weeks. Then, the work will be available through all on-line booksellers, such as Amazon and Barnes&Noble. And, even if it's not on the shelf of your local bookstore, because of its registration with Bowker's, you can order it from there.
The price per copy is the same everywhere, regardless of distribution channel: $13.50.
I put up the announcement today because the book is available directly from the publisher in the interim (same price). The Christmas Season is now upon us, a time for renewal and rededication of our faith. Especially this year this seems most desirable. The incoming Administration may or may not be hostile to religion; and so we Christians need to find the Rock on which we can safely stand in order to withstand what may be a gathering storm against our religious liberty, not to mention other constitutional rights.
Just saying....
This link There Is Only One Great Commandment takes you directly to the publisher, Lulu Press.
Thank you so much for your interest in this fine book!
It'll probably be a few weeks before it is available through the major resellers (Barnes & Noble etc.) and even then, it'll likely be a special order (the ISBN number will help them find it quickly) because I doubt they'd want to stock an obscure author. Amazon will be carrying it, but it is available now at Lulu Press.
The price is the same no matter who sells it, but Amazon does offer free shipping if your total order is $25 or more. (I tend to be a penny-pincher and bundle my purchases at Amazon. LOLOL!)
