In San Antonio, Luby’s catered to the seniors - in menus and service, parking, waiting lines, pricing and such. So much so, that several elderly people in my own family would go to Luby’s for lunch and take home the left overs for that evening. They rarely did any cooking and getting out every day was good exercise.

I think my host was a lot like that with Luby’s.

Very understandably so.
