Even the most expensive counterfeit document will not be able to get him out of this situation. If he could have planted a ‘new’ document to replace the original, it would have happened a very long time ago. And, we would not be having this correspondence.
Secondly, a ‘new’ document with a new set of facts would conflict with the myriad of secondary evidence that exists throughout the system, unless all of these tracks were covered as well.
1. His mother’s Passport records.
2. Airline (BOAC) flight lists.
3. His mother’s medical records.
4. HI Hospital records.
5. HI Dept. of Education records.
6. His medical records.
7. His school applications.
8. Records sealed in Kenya.
9. His Passport file. (The original file may still exist, regardless of the fact that his file was breached by his operatives on 3 occasions early this year recalling the CNN news report on March 22, 2008.)
10.Copies of the original document that exist in British or Indonesia government files.
If he was born in Kenya, she was not old enough to pass citizenship to him. She was 18 and had to be 19. That was the law that was in effect at the time he was born. That’s why where he was born is important. But even if he was born in Hawaii, he may not be a natural born citizen because he also had UK citizenship through his father, Obama, Sr., provided he was the father in reality.
We don’t know anything, really. I’m not even sure he’s human.
I find it hard to believe that Hillary would allow Obama to win the nomination without pulling out ALL the stops.

Can you imagine a scenario where the Secretary of State ascends to the POTUS? I can see Biden resigning but I cannot imagine Pelosi stepping aside. Arkancide has been mentioned but, good lord, there are three high ranking officials to be dealt with here.
Could the DNC simply appoint a replacement if the decision comes before the inauguration or the electoral College vote? At what point would a new election have to be held? (God help us)

Four. Under the Presidential succession act, the Secretary of State doesn't take office if the Speaker is unable to serve as President. The President pro tempore of the Senate (currently Robert Byrd) would take office first.
You’re forgetting that the Left and the legal caste in this country feel no loyalty or respect whatsoever toward the Constitution. The SCOTUS has already done away with individual property rights for the “little people.” The 10th Amendment is completely ignored.
We would see the cities burn and probably the national guard in all 50 states called up but IMHO it would be worth it to save our Republic from what is to come.
I'm pretty sure this is incorrect. If Obama is found to be ineligible to serve before the Electors vote, then the Electors pledged to Obama are no longer pledged to a particular candidate and can vote for whomever they please. Maybe they'd vote for whomever the Democratic Party tells them to, and maybe they wouldn't.
If it happens between the Electoral College and inauguration day, I’m stumped.
At a guess, Chief Justice Roberts would refuse to administer the oath of office (assuming Obama doesn't accept the ruling and withdraw with grace). Some other judge could be found to do so, I'm sure, precipitating a Constitutional crisis of major proportions. We could (and would!) say "He's not my president!" with much more moral authority than the leftists ever had. I suspect that major portions of the military would refuse his orders too.
It already is near the SCOTUS. So near, that they’re going to conference it (or whatever it’s called), all nine of them, Dec. 5. Well, one of the suits. More in the pipeline.
