An interesting question for Penny's confirmation hearings... “Are you responsible for the decision to remove all the verification checks from the on-line credit card donations made to the Obama campaign?” Get her on record, under oath, because that activity will eventually be found to have been a criminal activity. And if she lies she should get the same “fair trial” that Scooter Libby” got.
