The state of Hawaii has said NOTHING about whether Obama was or was not born there. What they have done is sealed his birth certificate.

When Obama was born it was quite possible to get a Hawaiian birth certificate even if you were actually born overseas, which raises an interesting issue, why did Obama fake his COLB? Was it because it would have shown his PLACE of birth?

I don't know the answer to your question, or even if it was possible to get a Hawaiian birth certificate in the '60s. Why would his mother even think to get him a Hawaiian birth certificate? I don't see where this is going to get any traction. If you can prove me wrong, great. I believe am a strict constructionist when it comes to the constitution. However, I am bracing for 4 years of Obama.

The fake COLB is what I call the OJ fake glove fitting technique. Did OJ’s fake display work? It worked enough for a jury bent on jury nullification.

I still have hope that a smart legal smack down will do the job on this COLB crisis.
